Where do we go when we sleep…?
Even if we may not recollect our dreams, do we think this realm is void? Void as some think death may be? As though sleep teaches us what the After Life may be like… Void and nothing more…?
Or maybe we think dreams as nothing more than unreal fantasies, a mere filtering of ideas with no causation…
If we typically do not remember our dreams, let’s not make this proof for the “blankness” of our continued consciousness or its nature as ‘unreality.’
The material body needs rest, but our Consciousness does not end~ it does not rest for “sleep” and it does not rest at what we term as ‘death’. Consciousness has its Existence outside of physicality~ springing forth from our Soul, existing within ‘Higher’ finer Realms.
Each time as we sleep we transcend the limited consciousness of our material body and the physical world. We Ascend our Physical Consciousness and Become more present within the finer vibrations of our Astral Body…
The Astral World is a special one without the constriction of the physical body~ it is a ‘space’~ an energetic vehicle of ours~ within our consciousness, that is intricately connected to the physical realm~ and one in which we can do so much!
There we experience connecting, communicating, and helping eachother~ those of us still on Earth with Physical Bodies, and those that have departed on, but remain close to us on the Earth Plane, while on their Ascent inwards, where their Soul’s eventually shed their Astral Form for finer, less dense bodies in the Heavenly Realms…
Similar to learning to direct and develop our consciousness in the physical realm, we can willfully work to raise our conscious Awareness and Action in the Astral Realm~ ‘within our dreams’ as we say~ with dedicated continued practice. As we develop our Astral Sight, we will also learn to bring the memory of our nonphysical bodies into the physical mind by remembering our dreams.
Within both physical and astral existence~ like attracts like~ meaning, our vibrational frequencies attract those ‘things’, feelings, Soul’s, or energetic bodies of similar vibrations…
This is why we should place importance on the imprints that we feed our minds~ Especially at Night when the subconscious is more susceptible to impressions.
As we work with our consciousness in the wake state, it influences our Astral~ our dreams~ and as we work with our dreams, it influences our physical, waking state.
Do we fall asleep to horror or violent movies, the news, or some other ‘negative’ feeding the mind…? These lower heavy vibrations weigh down our Physical, Astral, and Mental Bodies…
Spirit advises us to feed our Mind with only the good so that we vibrate with that good~ in our dreams and in the physical…
It is of Upmost Importance to make way for those things that Nourish our Soul and take us higher without the limitations that bind us so heavily to the Earth Plane, Karmic Circles, and the Astral Realm, so our time here is more Joyful and Actualized~ full of Love, growth, and service to eachother…
Before we rest our bodies, let’s Nourish our Mind and Spirit with Uplifting Thoughts that develop Love, Growth, Harmony and Inner Peace!
Let us Clear our Minds in Meditation and Raise our Consciousness to the Highest Ideals of Love and Spirituality that we can Imagine, of Oneness with All Life, feeling connection with the Inner Deity within…
